Overview of the Program
The “Nomow” program is one of the programs of the Digital Government Authority that aims to build and develop national capabilities in the areas of digital transformation, business and technology. Through the program, we seek to attract the best promising competencies of fresh graduates and qualify them through an integrated development journey designed based on the best international practices and in partnership with leading entities in the area of professional development and digital transformation.
Likewise, the program aims to:
1. Soliciting the best competences from the new graduates to work at the Digital Government Authority.
2. Enabling participants to obtain the professional competencies and skills that the reality and future of business require.
3. Preparing the participants to effectively join the labor force in the Authority and contribute to achieving its strategic goals.
Program Journey
The program begins with an overall assessment of the participants’ capabilities, followed by an enriching development journey that includes a variety of activities and programs aimed at developing knowledge, skills and digital capabilities in line with business trends and the future of technology and digital transformation, and includes the following activities:
1. On-the-job training: Involvement of program members in job tasks and role
2. Job Rotation: Rotation among several specialized departments and sections to understand the interdependence of departments and joint working procedures.
3. Projects and Programs: Participation in projects and programs that the Authority is working on in the area of digital transformation at the national level.
4. Professional Guidance: Provision of professional guidance sessions for program participants.
5. Training Courses: Attendance of advanced training courses in job and professional skills.
6. Hackathon & Bootcamps: Participation in bootcamps and activities aimed at creating innovative solutions to existing challenges in the field of work.

Application Requirements:
1. Saudi national.
2. Graduates of the bachelor’s or masters’ degree 2023/2024 in the specialties defined in the Program from educational institutions certified by the Ministry of Education.
3. Equivalency of certificates issued by foreign universities from the Ministry of Education.
4. The age of the applicant may not exceed 26 years for bachelor’s degree and 28 years for masters’ degree.
5. The GPA should not be less than (4 out of 5) or (3.2 out of 4) or its equivalent.
6. Full-time availability for the Program
7. Proficiency in the English language.
* Applicants will be sorted out according to the requirements above, then shortlisted applicants will be called for the first screening stage to participate at the admission tests and personal interviews.

Timeline
The first version of the Numo Program for Graduate Development was announced in September 2023, and the first batch graduated in December 2024.
The second version of the program was announced on September 9, 2024, and registration closed on September 22, 2024.
The third version of the program will be announced in the future.
